My kitchen is built on creativity and international influences, featuring seasonal, plant-forward cuisine. 

I adore cooking! I love its rich culture, which I'm passionate about sharing, and its magic in bringing people together both at the table and in the kitchen.

Life is a continuous evolution, and I love living it that way: learning and exchanging emotions with flour on my hands! 

My great culinary passions? Pastry, bread making, sourdough, and homemade fresh pasta. 

It all began at 8 years old, watching with fascination as Luigi Bordonaro, chef of Locanda Martelletti, prepared meats, vegetables, and desserts. From that moment, my culinary journey started. 

My cooking blends tradition, experimentation, and a connection between diverse cultures.
